Pristine Interiors was founded by interior designer Eva Priest almost 15 years ago with a passion for design and the living arts. Today it is a full-service company that provides interior design and remodeling services with a focus on custom, high-end residential design, and exceptional quality of construction work.
Pristine Interiors by Eva Priest is based in Dallas, TX, and we work on projects throughout the country and overseas for private clients and developers. Recent projects have included residences in New York City, Cape Cod, Miami, Los Angeles, Nice, and London.

Brief
At the beginning of the project, we take the time to understand how the client wants to use the property, their style and needs, and their aspirations for the project. We gather information about the client’s requirements, including how they want the property to be used, their style, and their aspirations for the project. We then prepare and send a proposal to the client, including the estimated budget, remodeling labor and materials, finishes, fixtures, equipment, and furnishings, as well as our design fee.
Concept
We’ll bring your vision to life with tailored concept designs including detailed floor plans and mood board presentations. Additionally, we will provide you with samples of all proposed finishes, along with imagery of suggested furniture. We believe that collaboration is key, and we encourage your feedback to ensure we’re on the same page.
Details
After concept designs are approved, we progress to design development. We present final bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior architecture drawings, finishes, art, and accessories for approval. We provide a fully itemized cost breakdown in line with the budget.
Preparation
In this stage, we are actively preparing for the construction phase by ordering all of the necessary materials for renovation. This includes everything from finishing materials and lighting to bathroom fixtures, appliances, kitchen cabinets, and furniture. We are leaving nothing to chance and ensuring that every detail is taken care of before we begin the remodeling process. With all of the materials on hand, we can confidently begin the project and bring your vision to life.
Realisation
Our skilled construction team will manage and supervise every detail of your house project. We will keep you informed throughout the process and ensure it is completed to the highest standards. Once construction is finished, we will clean up and handle the installation of cabinetry, countertops, window treatments, light fixtures, mirrors, artwork, and any other finishing touches.
